1. Personal Information
   1. In order to use the Cal2You calendar you must establish an account. To do so we collect personal data directly from the "MAC" (Master Account Creator), including name, address, email address, telephone number, username and password. This information is securely stored where it is not accessible to anyone but the user and Cal2You. The "MAC" is responsible for who else shares their information.
   2. All personal data and calendar data can be viewed only by those individuals who the "MAC" has expressly given permission.
   3. Cal2You will only use the data we have collected to serve you better and to allow the flow of calendar information from one calendar to another authorized calendar.
2. Security
   1. At Cal2You we consider your security and that of your calendar data our priority. We have taken every precaution to ensure your protection. Our Server is located in an IBM security location and encrypted with the highest possible safety features.
   2. We have developed a series of permissions and authorizations in order to assure that only those individuals who have the right (given to them by the "MAC") be allowed access to calendar information.
   3. In order to ensure calendar content is responsibly used, we have instigated a policy of a MAC who must be 18 years or older to set up an account and who is responsible for accepting/deleting links.
   4. To ensure the highest possible security we insist on a strong password in order to set up a user name.
3. Cookies and Sessions
   1. At Cal2You we DO NOT use cookies, but use sessions instead. However, your web browser may use cookies to store user names and passwords to facilitate entry to our site.
   2. Our Seesions time out after 20 minutes of non use. Please be aware that if you leave Cal2You without logging off, the information within the program will be accessable. It is the userÕs responsibility to log off properly from a public computer.
4. Spam Policy
   1. We at Cal2You promise not to use SPAM.
   2. We at Cal2You will never sell personal information to a third party.
5. Targeted Marketing
   1. From time to time, Cal2You may send users select appropriate targeted marketing.
6. Links
   1. In order to have your Cal2You calendar automatically updated, the MAC may choose to be linked to partner websites. While visiting those websites, the Privacy Policy of those websites will apply.
7. Changes to the Policy
   1. Cal2You reserves the right to change this policy if the need arises. You will be immediately advised if a change occurs.
